The Missouri Athletic Club is a private club with locations in Downtown St. Louis and West St. Louis County, offering athletic, dining, social, and business amenities. As the MAC's Communications Strategist, I develop and execute strategies to engage the club's 7,000+ members through multimedia content, including managing the bi-monthly podcast and social media. I oversee video production for prestigious events like the Jack Buck Awards and MAC Hermann Trophy Banquet, direct the club’s monthly magazine, and managed the successful campaign for the May 2024 member app launch, driving 1,000+ downloads in two days. Additionally, I manage email communications and press releases to promote key initiatives.
I created a comprehensive communications plan to promote the launch of the Missouri Athletic Club's new app. The plan included email newsletters, social media posts, website landing pages, notifications on the old app, a podcast recording, instructional videos and events.
The MAC worked with Pacesetter Technology to build the club's new app. Ahead of the launch, a representative came to the club to walk through it with MAC staff. We took this opportunity to have our Director of Membership record a podcast with the app expert to give our members a better understanding.
I created multiple "how to" videos to help members get comfortable using the app.
The Missouri Athletic Club has produced a monthly magazine since it's inception in 1904. As the Managing Editor of the Cherry Diamond, I conceptualize photoshoots for our covers, curate content from each department, and repurpose content from social media.

I run the Missouri Athletic Club's Hermann Trophy Award social accounts. The award honors the year's best collegiate soccer players. After UNC's Kate Faasse was named the 2024 winner, I asked her how she was feeling in the moment. Before posting, I edited the clip and added subtitles.

The MAC has Santa and Mrs. Claus on its Dec. magazine cover annually. Since the club plans to renovate the pool in 2025, I coordinated the Dec. cover to be shot in Aug. I recorded this behind the scenes video during the cover shoot and waited to post it until the magazine was out.

Mr. Sullivan is a 100-year-old WWII Veteran who plays tennis at the MAC weekly. I recorded him playing tennis at the MAC with his coach and interviewed both of them. I then edited the video together, added subtitles and added music.

I lead the production of Alexi Lalas' FOX Sports podcast that he recorded in the MAC Podcast Studio ahead of the MAC Hermann Trophy banquet. I ran the cameras, the mics and the switcher.

The U.S. Basketball Writers Association hosts their annual College Basketball Awards at the Missouri Athletic Club. I created a recap video with transitions and motion graphics.
For the Missouri Athletic Club's 120th anniversary I created a video to play on the large screens at the gala with photos and videos collected over the years. As the photos and videos change, the St. Louis wheel moves.

Legendary UNC Basketball Coach Roy Williams was the 2024 featured speaker of the USBWA College Basketball Awards banquet held at the Missouri Athletic Club. I received footage of Coach Williams from UNC, chose music and edited the video together to play on the large screens in the ballroom as he took the stage.
The Jack Buck Sports Awards is held annually at the Missouri Athletic Club, and in 2024 Mizzou Running Back Cody Schrader was honored.
